From the A38 South-bound

• Head south on the A38 to Plymouth
• At Manadon Junction branch left, then at Manadon Junction Roundabout take the 5th exit, then merge onto the A386
• Branch left, then at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Budshead Road
• Turn right onto Lancaster Gardens 

From the A38 North-bound

• Head north on the A38 to Plymouth
• At St Budeaux Junction bear left
• At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Crownhill Road - B3413
• Turn left onto Jubilee Road
• Turn right onto Budshead Road
• Turn left onto Taunton Avenue
• Turn right onto Lancaster Gardens
